Omnipair Calendar
Privacy Policy
Effective September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Omnipair Calendar (the “Service”), operated by Omnipair (“Omnipair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Google account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information made available through Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We primarily use your verified email address to authenticate you and determine whether your account has been approved for access.
Google Calendar information
An authorized Omnipair administrator may connect a Google Workspace account using the read-only Google Calendar permission. Through that connection, the Service accesses events from a limited, preconfigured set of Omnipair team, shared, and public holiday calendars. The event information may include:
- event title, start and end time, and all-day or out-of-office status;
- calendar and event identifiers used to retrieve and de-duplicate events; and
- attendee email addresses used to show an approved partner only meetings to which that person is invited.
The Service requests read-only access. It does not create, modify, or delete events in Google Calendar. The “Book a meeting” feature opens Google Calendar’s own event-creation page; any event is created by you in Google, not by the Service through the Google Calendar API.
Information you submit
If you create a partner deliverable, we collect the title, due date, optional link and link label, the organization associated with it, your email address as its creator, and the time it was created.
Session and technical information
We use an essential authentication cookie to keep you signed in. If you change the color theme, that preference is stored locally in your browser. Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary request and diagnostic information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error logs, to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above only as reasonably necessary to:
- authenticate users and enforce role- and organization-based access;
- display a unified calendar and partner deliverables to authorized users;
- show approved partners their organization’s entries and Google meetings they personally attend;
- operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, creditworthiness or lending decisions, or to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
3. Google API Limited Use
Omnipair Calendar’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the visible calendar features described in this policy. Human access to non-public Google user data is prohibited except with the user’s affirmative consent for specific data, when necessary for security or troubleshooting, when required by law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for lawful internal operations.
4. How information is shared
We disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Authorized users. Omnipair team members can view the unified team calendar and partner deliverables. An approved partner can view only its own organization’s deliverables and Google meetings to which that specific user is listed as an attendee.
- Service providers. Infrastructure, database, authentication, and security providers process information on our behalf only as needed to operate and protect the Service, subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or to protect users, Omnipair, and the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.
- Business transfer. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and any consent Google’s policies require.
5. Storage, retention, and security
Google Calendar events are retrieved as needed, processed in memory, and are not copied into our application database. We store the connected administrator’s Google OAuth refresh token so the Service can continue to retrieve calendar events until access is revoked, disconnected, or no longer needed.
Account access records and user-submitted partner deliverables are retained while needed to operate the Service, fulfill legitimate business or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required, subject to backup cycles and legal retention obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport, restricted account provisioning, and server-side access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to or restrict processing of, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email rick@omnipair.fi. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or for legitimate organizational recordkeeping.
You can end your web session by signing out. You can review or revoke Google permissions from your Google Account permissions. To have your Omnipair Calendar access record and eligible user-submitted data removed, contact us at the email above. Revoking Google access may prevent Google-connected features from working.
7. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and handle information as described in this policy.
8. Children
The Service is a business collaboration tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to the Service, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. If a change materially expands how we use Google user data, we will notify affected users and obtain consent where required before applying the new use.
